We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

- Local app settings: settings such as dice count, selected skin, sound preference, shake-to-roll preference, and subscription status may be stored locally on your device.
- Purchase information: when you purchase or restore an auto-renewable subscription, Apple or Google processes the payment. The App may receive purchase status and receipt information needed to unlock premium features.
- Motion sensor data: if shake-to-roll is enabled, the App uses device motion signals to detect a shake gesture. This sensor data is used only to trigger dice rolling and is not stored by us.
- Advertising data: the free version of the App may show ads through Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, approximate location, ad interaction data, diagnostics, and other information as described in Google's policies.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to:
- Provide the dice simulator experience and remember your preferences.
- Enable premium features after a valid subscription purchase.
- Restore purchases and verify subscription entitlement.
- Display and measure advertisements in the free version of the App.
- Maintain app stability and troubleshoot purchase or service issues.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Payments for auto-renewable subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We do not receive or store your full payment card number, billing address, or payment credentials.
On iOS, the App may submit receipt data to Apple's receipt verification service to determine whether your subscription is active. Subscription status and expiry time may be stored locally on your device to keep premium features available.
4. Advertising
The App uses Google Mobile Ads to show banner ads and app open ads to users who do not have an active premium subscription. Google may collect and process data according to its own privacy practices.

5. Third-Party Services
The App may use services provided by third parties, including:
- Apple App Store and StoreKit for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

6. Data Storage and Retention
Local app settings and subscription status are stored on your device and remain there until you change settings, uninstall the App, clear app data, or the data is replaced by updated subscription information.
We do not operate user accounts or a cloud profile database for Party Dice.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to provide purchases, subscription verification, advertising, and app functionality, or when required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. Your Choices
- You can disable shake-to-roll in the App settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- You can delete local app data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data where supported.
- You can manage advertising preferences through your device settings.
10. International Use
The services used by the App may process information in countries or regions outside your place of residence. Data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
